Deposits and transfers
I sent funds and nothing has arrived.
Most transfers settle in under a minute, but a congested source chain can take longer. The widget keeps polling and updates on its own — you can close it and come back.
If it has been more than 30 minutes, email us the deposit address and the hash of the transaction you sent.
Can I reuse my deposit address?
Yes. Your deposit address is stable: the same address is shown to you each time you return for the same source chain, token and destination, and it accepts repeat deposits. Each one is detected and forwarded separately.
I sent the wrong token, or used the wrong network.
A deposit address is generated for one specific token on one specific chain. Anything else sent to it is generally unrecoverable. Always check the token and network shown above the address before sending.
How much can I send?
There is no fixed amount — send what you like. Deposits too small to cover network and provider fees will be refunded rather than forwarded.
My deposit was refunded.
Refunds happen when a transfer can’t be completed: the amount was too small to cover fees, or a route became unavailable. Funds return to the refund address associated with the deposit — for a Solana deposit that is a Solana address, for an EVM deposit an EVM one.
Why does it ask for my address on the source chain?
A refund has to land on the network you sent from. When the app you’re using hasn’t supplied one for that network, we ask you for it. It is used only as the sender and refund target.
Do I need to connect a wallet?
Not for the deposit-address flow. You can send from any wallet, exchange withdrawal or custody system. Connecting a wallet is only needed for the wallet-based option, where the widget builds the transaction for you.
