Terms of Use
Last updated 10 July 2026
These terms govern your use of depositOS, a deposit and cross-chain transfer interface operated by Gizmolab. By using the widget — whether embedded in another application or accessed directly — you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What depositOS does
depositOS helps you move digital assets from a chain, wallet or exchange of your choosing to a destination the application you are using has specified. It does this either by routing a transaction from a wallet you connect, or by giving you a deposit address to send funds to.
depositOS is an interface. It is non-custodial: we never take custody of your assets, never hold your private keys, and cannot move, freeze or recover funds on your behalf.
Third-party networks and providers
Transfers are settled by public blockchains and by independent third-party liquidity and bridging providers. Those networks and providers are outside our control. Delays, failures, reorganisations, downtime, price movement between quote and settlement, and provider-imposed limits can all affect a transfer.
Quoted amounts are estimates. The amount that arrives may differ from the amount quoted, and a transfer that cannot be completed may be refunded to the refund address associated with it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of every address and amount you provide. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to a wrong address, on the wrong network, or in an unsupported asset are generally unrecoverable, by us or by anyone.
You are responsible for the security of your wallets, devices and credentials, and for determining what taxes or reporting obligations apply to you.
Deposit addresses are generated for a specific route and recipient. Do not send an asset other than the one a deposit address was generated for.
Eligibility and prohibited use
You may not use depositOS if you are subject to sanctions, are located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or are otherwise barred from using it under applicable law. You may not use it to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or facilitate any unlawful activity.
You may not attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer for the purpose of circumventing, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
No financial advice
Nothing presented in the widget — quotes, routes, fees, estimated amounts, or token information — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to transact. Digital assets carry risk, including total loss.
Fees
The application embedding depositOS may apply a fee, and network and provider fees apply to every transfer. Fees applicable to your transfer are reflected in the quote you are shown before you confirm.
No warranty
depositOS is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any transfer will complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gizmolab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of assets, profits, or data, arising out of your use of depositOS — including losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party providers, incorrect addresses, or market movement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use depositOS after a change means you accept the revised terms.
